I adore this place! It's close to home, has an easy and free parking area, it's filled with good energy that makes me relaxed just by being there! Jenny and Ghia are so helpful with the bookings. I love Peeyush, Jan, Egor and Leoné! All of them are special to me for different reasons. Peeyush is very good for the alignment and Hatha, every time a bit more challenging. Jan has a way to explain things that makes so much sense to me! For example, she mentioned that some poses allow us to realese emotions that we might have been carrying for a life time... And that's so true! I loved her insights explaining and guiding us with more words about what we are doing and why! My intellect really appreciates it! :) Egor is a perfectionist and so am I! :) his Yengar class was great and I'll be coming back for more! And the cherry on the top of the cake "as we say in French: la cerise sur le gâteau !" is for me so far: Leoné with her angelic voice! The candlelight Yin Yoga finished by her singing was one of the best moments I had during a meditation. I adore this place! I guess it's one of my favorite yoga spots in Dubai Marina these days :) Thank you so much guys!

My favorite yoga studio in Dubai. The best yoga instructors - very patient with beginners, but at the same time will challenge and inspire you to advance your practice. They offer excellent meditation classes, as well. Very respectful and helpful staff. Bonus: it has a wonderful view of the Marina especially at night! 🤍

I had a class led by Peeyush, and it was an immersive experience that everyone has to try. Great for and very accommodating to beginners like myself, will definitely come again.

I have been practicing yoga for many years. I have recently moved to Dubai, and I am very happy that I discovered this place. Alignment Yoga on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays are my favourite. The teacher is super knowledgeable, he has individual approach to every student and I see great progress after 1 month. The place has good vibe and is charming. Highly recommended!

Trident Wellness center was love at first site for me! I've done 3 meditation and breath work classes , and Yon Yoga. When you enter the studio, you take off your shoes, the atmosphere is very Shanti vibes, clean , and positive. The ladies checking you in and all the staff are friendly and kind. Shout out to Yogi Baneera, highly recommend her Yin Yoga class. It was my second time ever doing yin yoga, and already she's my favorite instructor! Do yourself a favor and book a session, you won't regret it.
