Terrible Experience – Avoid This Gym! I paid 1,500 AED for a six-month membership, but the gym suddenly closed without any prior notice. They promised to refund the money, but it has been over three months, and I have received nothing! I contacted consumer protection authorities, and they advised me to take legal action because the gym refuses to process refunds. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Do NOT waste your money here! If they reopen under a different name, be careful—they might scam more people.

Formerly Gold’s Gym. The staff are super wonderful. The gym itself is great and well equipped. Has proper bathing and dressing areas with a Himalaya Salt lined calm room. Proper lifting areas and cardio areas. This mixed use gym has a well attended cardio gym classes at regular intervals throughout the day. Only lacks (or rather my suggestion) to have a drinking water fountain. Lack of drinking water is absolutely disturbing.

The place is amazing plus point is at the top level of reef mall very nice best for fitness all the newly 👌 equipments are available plus their fees is not bad affordable vip environment I recommend it best in Deira

The team here is very supportive and friendly. If you have any problem, you can always talk to the manager — they will listen and help you in every way. I really feel like a valued member here. The gym has a great atmosphere and the staff take care of their members. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good gym in Dubai!
