Overall, the Al Quoz team has done an excellent job, making this one of the best visa medical centers in Dubai."

I visited Salem Al Quoz Medical Fitness Center today at 21:10 for my medical examination, and I had the absolute pleasure of being attended to by Nurse Shamia Razeek -Ali. From the moment I arrived, Shamia warmly greeted me with a bright smile and genuine kindness. She asked about my day, and when I mentioned that I was feeling good but scared about the blood test (because I hadn’t had much water and nurses usually find it difficult to locate my veins), she immediately reassured me with her calm, confident demeanor. When it came time for the blood draw, I got nervous seeing the size of the needle and asked if it was a “baby needle.” With a warm smile, Shamia reassured me that it was — even though to me it still looked big! She made me feel safe and at ease. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath as she guided me, and within seconds, she was done! I was absolutely shocked because I felt nothing — not even the needle going in. The only thing I felt was the gentle application of the disinfectant beforehand. Having a phobia of needles, I’m used to blood draws being painful and stressful, but with Shamia, it was completely painless and smooth. I literally gasped in disbelief — it was the best and most painless experience I’ve ever had. Nurse Shamia’s incredible skill, warmth, and professionalism turned a moment of fear into one of comfort and confidence. She made my entire day. I truly wish she could be the nurse for every medical visit I ever have. Salem Al Quoz Medical Fitness Center is incredibly fortunate to have such an exceptional nurse on their team. All staff are very good and pleasant to talk to. They assisted me although out and they have been very efficient. The whole process took only 10mins. And the place is very clean and well maintained.
