Highly recommend Pure Life. I’ve seen a few different chiro/physios (different people) due to work patterns and not being able to have the same person, which I was unsure about at first. I’ve been really impressed how professional they are and how they keep notes and communicate between themselves about my progress and next steps etc. They explain everything, what they are doing, where we will go next and give excellent advice on exercise and general life habits that can help the healing process. I’ve found my go to place for anything chiro/physio related. Overall, I’ve felt much better since attending the sessions and they are getting me on track after around 20 years of putting up with unnecessary pain in my neck/back.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Nashila, Dr. Chini, and the physiotherapists Poornima and Pranali. I came in with both acute and long-term back pain, and within just 2.5 weeks, I’m almost pain-free and properly aligned. Unlike past physio experiences where treatment felt superficial, this team worked on the root problem. The hands-on approach and functional exercises between sessions made a real difference. Highly recommended!
