Very nice clean spa, amazing view, they provide everything you need

I’ve had two services at the Chi Spa at Shangri-La, and both were exceptional. The first was the Turkish Hammam with Soukaina—she was excellent and the experience was flawless. The second was a Relaxing Massage, also with Soukaina, and it was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. I highly recommend both the spa and Soukaina’s incredible services!

THE best Moroccan bath I’ve had in my whole life. Look out for Shibu, Masha Allah, he really is a master in his work. 100/10 would recommend. I will be back in a couple months.

Worth staying in the Shangri La Hotel just to be close to this amazing spa. I had several different treatments and all were excellent. Hazel who did my manicure and pedicure was so skilled. My hands have never looked better. Pang gave me such a great back and shoulder massage, I booked a further massage with her the next day. The spa itself is cool, calm and welcoming. Treatment rooms are so comfortable and everything is of course, spotlessly clean. I recommend 100%.

The therapists, Samajana and Soukaina, were exceptional - their professionalism, expertise, and warm hospitality made us feel completely at ease. The treatment was soothing and relaxing, leaving us feeling refreshed and revitalized. Highly recommend!
